How did I get here? Well, for over twelve years, I have been guiding classes, international trainings, and retreats, sharing the practice of meditation in a way that is accessible and relevant in today's world. My interest lies in the merging of western psychology and eastern wisdom and I’ve explored this through dedicated personal practice and over 1000 hours of formal trainings, including traditional methods under the guidance of teachers in India and Indonesia. I’ve taught meditation to corporations and individuals around the world and have witnessed the far-reaching effects of the practice on mental health and well being.

My motivation lies in sharing teachings in a way that is relevant, modern, and accessible.

Most frequent questions and answers

I've never meditated - Is this for me too?

Absolutely. We love newbies. There is not some huge uphill learning battle to first complete. You will be meditating right out of the gate. You will just get better with time.

Is this only for people who work from home?

No. The content works anywhere you are, but we have found that the content and community has been particularly beneficial to the work from home crowd where new challenges and stresses have emerged, including isolation.

What if I am unhappy with the Community?

We understand. Nobody likes hidden charges of recurring fees for things they don't want. Cancel your subscription at any time.

Will meditation conflict with my religion?

No. Our content is secular and lives easily alongside any faith tradition or belief system. Meditation is a skill, like riding a bike, just easier to learn. We teach the skill. You decide when, where, and how you want to use it to better your life.
